Youth & Family Sailing at HISC this Summer . . .
We have been enjoying informal youth racing most weekends since the club has semi opened, and looking ahead, here is a list of things you may wish to take part in.
- Social distancing and following government guidelines must always be adhered to.
- Club run Racing will have household manned rescue cover, but families and children should only ever go sailing if they are confident of their abilities for the conditional on the day (i.e. do not plan to need rescuing)
- Informal youth racing has no rescue cover, and each boat afloat requires its own parent manned rescue vessel (i.e. kayak or paddlebaord0 unless the parent is in the boat with the child (e.g. Feva)
