Youth Open Firecracker Series

From Sunday 4 November we have the Youth Open Firecracker Series for Feva, Tera and Oppie sailors, each Sunday up to 16 December.

Plus  . . . From the 3 November the HISC main fleets start their Open Winter Series with a separate series  for Saturdays and Sundays.

Although we encourage Optimist and Teras to stay with the youth fleets, anything bigger is more than welcome on the main fleets.

Laser 4.7 and Radial, Fevas and Aeros fall into the slow handicap group, RS 200 have their own starts on pennant weekends and the 29ers now race in the fast handicap on the windward leeward course.

These being Open Series means that if you have a helm or crew who is not currently a member at HISC they can still come and sail for the entire winter series with you, there is just a small series entry fee for non members.

In addition if you have any friends from other clubs they are more than welcome to join us for the winter series, the more the merrier.

The Sunday Youth Firecracker Series is open to Feva, Tera and Oppie sailors. Other fleets to be confirmed.

There are no entry fees for HISC members sailing boats registered at the club .

Visitor entry fee is £30.00 per boat and is applicable to boats not registered at HISC, whether sailed by members or non-members.

Contact the HISC Office for Entry or any queries.
