RS200 Open Meeting - 6/7 july 2002

Mark and Sam Littlejohn It started quietly but built to a stonking finish in the Bay for the RS classes racing at their Fat Face Open Meetings at HISC.

With over 100 entries in the three RS classes it was a very successful series. Mark and Sam Littlejohn got into the groove in the 48 boat fleet of RS200s with a win in the final race after Tom and Jo Hewitson took the first two races on Saturday.

They then wrapped it up with two wins on Sunday in a better breeze. The Hewitsons finished second overall and Pete Vincent and Doris Danbury finished third. Highest placed HISC entry were Harry Roome and Helen Toms in fifth place.
