Further to our earlier communication regarding the positive Covid test of members of the House Crew we are continuing to take the necessary steps to keep everyone safe.

The good news is that all sailing activities can continue as planned and the toilets and changing rooms will also be open from  08:00 to 18:00 hrs.

From Monday 19 July, in response to the final step on the government’s roadmap, we will be introducing interim steps for using the inside areas of the clubhouse.

We will placing orders at the beginning of next week (12 July) for the Centenary Ties and On Water Tech Tees so the will be ready for the Centenary Weekend in August.

It is unfortunate that we are already seeing misuse of the Men's Changing rooms this year.

HISC is pleased to announce plans for the scheduled Youth Members Summer Training Camp.

This is a 5-day training camp running from Monday 2 to Friday 6 August, 2021, aimed at beginner, Improver and start racing sailors . . . Click here for details . . .

The Club Pennant racing on Saturday 3 & Sunday 4 July will be held on two courses in Hayling Bay.

Youth Pennant racing will take place in the Harbour.

HISC will be hosting the British Keelboat League (BKL) over the weekend of the 12 and 13 June in a fleet of RS21, racing in Chichester Harbour.

Racing on Saturday 12 June is scheduled from 10:27 hrs and for Sunday 13 June from 09:27 hrs.

HISC has begun the process of removing all road trailers left at HISC to an offsite facility.

Please remove your trailers from HISC this weekend - 12/13 June 2021 -  to prevent them being taken away.

In order to accommodate the construction of new boat racks to increase our storage capacity there has been a big movement of boats in the HISC boat park.

Unregistered and unidentified trailers still at HISC after this weekend - 12/13 June 2021 -  will be removed to the sinbin regardless of wheel locks or equipment left on them.
