Timings for the evening:

18:00 - Arrive at HISC

18:30 - Talk (Covering the summer cruising programme including cross channel trip and mooring news)

19:30 - 2 course dinner

The Menu:

1st course - Sea bass, parsley mash, sauteed tender stem broccoli, caper butter and a lemon sauce

2nd course - Homemade apple crumble with custard
