Please call the office to book on 02392 463768. 

We will need to take payment and your menu choices at the time of booking. 

Events Cancellation Policy

We will refund you in full if you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your booking. 

Cancellation within 48 hours is non refundable except for in the below situations.

In exceptional circumstances some cancellations within 48 hours will be offered a 50% refund onto their membership club card.

If a ticketed space can be resold then we will refund you in full.

Full ticket price refund will be given upto 5pm on 24th October 2022.

After this date a 50% refund may be agreed with the General / House Manager.
