How Your Support Helps Us
Where Your Money Goes
Every contribution brings us closer to our goal of providing world-class facilities for our community of sailing and water sports enthusiasts. Your contributions directly support the maintenance and enhancement of our Equipment, Facilities, Boats, and Grounds. Whether you choose to make a direct donation to the Club, participate in the 500 Club, or contribute to the Hayling Island Sailing Trust (HISTT), your support makes a significant difference.
A Long Tradition of Member Donations
As a Members' Club, HISC has a proud history of being shaped by the generosity of its members. Contributions have played a crucial role in many of our key developments:
- Clubhouse (2003): A portion of the funds for our new clubhouse was generously provided by Club Members.
- Safety Boat "Anabel": Donated by a dedicated Club Member, ensuring our sailors' safety.
- HISC Flagpole: Erected through the collective support of Member donations.
- Selene / Tender Replacement: Our ongoing project, currently being funded through the kindness of our Members.
How You Can Make a Difference - Donate Directly To HISC
There are numerous specific projects at HISC where your contribution can have a direct impact. We welcome Members who are interested in supporting Club Projects to get in touch. Whether you have a specific project in mind or simply want to learn more about how you can help, we’d love to chat over a coffee.
