Book your Guests in BEFORE coming to HISC

Please remember if you are bringing a guest to HISC and your guests are arriving in a separate vehicle to the member, you must book them in with the office 24 hours in advance of your visit.

If your guest is coming with you in the same vehicle or by foot all we ask you to do is sign them in as usual.

By booking them in this will ensure that our Crew are aware of which non-members are visiting HISC as guests and avoid any issues either at the front gate or the barrier.

Any guests who are not booked in 24 hours before may not be permitted entry to the site if our Crew are not able to verify that they are legitimate guests of members.
