New Club Race Log-in Procedure

From Saturday 22 April 2023 there will be a new way to sign-on for Club Racing at HISC.

Please read the below to ensure you understand the new process.

1. Competitors will be asked to scan a QR code with their phone to enter a club race OR use the link to the entry form provided on the Club website for you to complete before going afloat.

The QR code will be displayed on the Sign-on Notice Board before the race. The QR code will take you to a simple online entry form to provide the required information.

2. On return after the racing you must sign-off or indicate retirement on the pre-filled sheet that will be placed on the Notice Board.

You must sign-on using this method before racing and failure to sign on will mean you do not get a result.

If you do not have a phone with QR capabilities, you can fill it out on another persons phone with your information.

If those options are not available to you please go to the Office and they will take your details.

During the race, a pre-filled sheet with your provided sign-on information will be posted on the Notice Board, allowing returning sailors to sign off or retire from the race.
