Christmas Fair

Sunday 1st December 2024

Please join us for the HISC Christmas Fair on Sunday 1st December, from 11am - 2pm, this year we have many new exciting stall holders as well as our popular table holders such as RNLI with their lovely cards and Sarah and her team with their delicious cake stall & Emma Toman with her Christmas Craft Stall to ensure a fun and festive fair with interesting and exciting stocking fillers and gifts for all the family.

We will also have lots of games to try your hand at, a Christmas raffle with special prizes and both children, and adult's tombola stalls - Of course no Christmas Fair is complete without mince pies, mulled wine and festive tunes, of which there will be plenty!

There will be a lost property sale in the training rooms from 10:30am, please bring cash.

Please volunteer to help on the day, take a stall of your own, or come along as a guest - and tell all your friends to come along - the more the merrier - everyone is very welcome

Volunteers needed to help on the day

We need volunteers to help run the club stalls at the fair - please ask anyone who can help or who would like to find out a bit more about the day to contact Sue Tulloch on sue.tulloch@hotmail.com or send a text or WhatsApp message on 07517 343394. It's a fun group of people to come along and join for a few hours.

We also need volunteers to bake cakes for the day, and volunteers to help Sarah on her stall, selling cakes during the fair.  

Additionally, we'd love a few more people coming forward to take a table at the fair to sell their goods - again they should contact Sue for details.

Appeal For Donations

We kindly request your support in seeking donations for the Christmas Fair. We are in need of prizes for various stalls, including the Children’s tombola, Adult’s tombola, raffle, and a delicious cake for our ‘guess the weight of the cake’ game. All help and prizes would be very much appreciated.
