CANCELLATION POLICY: Our standard cancellation policy allows members to cancel their booking up to 48 hours before, unless there are exceptional circumstances. HISC winter training/class training is non-refundable unless agreed by the event organiser.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Due to the constant development of the Site it may become necessary to amend these terms and conditions and Hayling Island SC (HISC) through hisc.co.uk reserves the right to do so by posting changes online. It is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly and your continued use of the Site after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions as amended.
USE OF CONTENT: The services and information provided by hisc.co.uk are for your personal, non commercial use only.

COMPLAINTS: At Hayling Island Sailing Club we strive to give everyone the experience that they envisage. In the rare occasion that we don’t meet expectations we ask that, in good time, you send an email to the relevant manager. They will work to resolve any issues.

EMAIL ADDRESSES: Our policy is to publish email addresses for general articles where you include them as a contact method, unless you specify otherwise. If you are submitting an item to publish state in your letter to the web editor if you do not wish these details to be published. Our policy for the message/crew/sales boards is not to include email addresses, but the submitting form will include the latest information and options available.
