RYA Level 2 Powerboat Handling
Course Overview
This two day course will provide you with the skills and background knowledge needed to become a competent powerboat driver and forms the basis of the International Certificate of Competence. The course covers essential boat handling and seamanship skills, with a focus on low-speed close-quarters manoeuvring, man-overboard recovery, an introduction to driving at planing speed, and understanding the collision regulations.

Refreshments
During the summer, the snack bar will be open to purchase snacks, drinks, and lunch. The restaurant will also be open for dinner in the evenings.
HISC Parking
We have a large carpark onsite and down our causeway. However, if you are in a motorhome you will have to find alternative parking for overnight stays.
RYA Powerboat Endorsement
If aged between 12-15 years, the holder should only use powered craft under the supervision of a responsible adult.
