Sin Binned boats
A number of boats have been removed from the boat park and taken to the Sin Bin.

Kayaks, Windsurfers and SUPs
Sadly, some areas of our boat park are looking really unkept. Kayaks, Windsurfers and SUPs can be stored ON TOP of your dinghy. They should not be stored on the dunes or between boats.
Also boards and kayaks must be removed from the Racking areas in the West Boat Park (youth area) by the end of January . . . as we will be offering these spaces to boats . . .
Dinghy Park Waiting List
We currently have over 100 boats on the waiting lis. Our goal is that by the end of January, we will be in a position to offer every supported fleet boat and as many unsupported fleet boats as possible a space for the 2023 season . . .
HISC at Dinghy & Watersports Show
HISC will have a stand at the 2023 RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show at Farnborough International on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 February . . .
Annual Winter Closure
As normal HISC will be closed from 25 to 31 December for the Christmas break, reopening for the New Years Eve Party and New Years Day breakfast.
The bar, restaurant and snack bar will then be closed until 24 January 2023.
1000 Borrow Bags by Christmas - We exceeded our target
A huge thank you to everyone who has helped with this project.
We are delighted we have now exceeded our target of making 1000 Borrow Bags by Christmas, helped enormously by the WI, MRSC, local sewing groups and other individuals on Hayling.
Leah Leaving HISC
We would like to say a big thank you to our Office Manager and Sailing Secretary Leah Brooks who will be leaving the clubs employment at the end of January.

HISC 2022 Annual General Meeting
As well as the status of all elected roles at HISC, this year there will be the result of your voting for the election for the role of HISC Commodore.
Note that voting closes on Tuesday 18th October 2022.
