HISC Safety Boat Course

This course is designed by HISC members, for members over the age of 18 who wish to learn more about the skills required for being an effective safety boat operator.

This is a one day course covering, rescue and towing techniques for the various craft used in club racing and recovering personnel from the water.

The use of club VHF radios will also be covered as will dealing with medical emergencies afloat.

• Powerboat Level 2
