Youth Class Pages
HISC strongly supports, four Junior and Youth classes, with dedicated racing for the Youth classes held on Sunday mornings throughout the summer.
The following are currently supported Classes for HISC Youth. In the future, additional 'transition' Classes (e.g. Laser Radials, RS200 and RS Areos) may also be adopted. Please ask the Youth Class Captains directly to be added to their WhatsApp Group which is frequently the main channel of communication.
RS Tera
At HISC we have over 80 RS Teras in our fleet, the sailors of which vary greatly in age and ability
RS Feva
The popularity of RS Fevas at HISC has been created by a varied and continuous programme of training and racing
29er
HISC 29er sailors are regarded amongst the highest standard in the country
Youth Laser
The Youth Laser Class is new to HISC. However, after only a year, there are often a dozen of these zipping about on the water.
